I first had a photo of my dad working for the first two parts of today’s session. When I returned to take the 20 photos, I began approaching my dad at his desk from different angles, moving curtains and lamps to capture his focus on his work. But when our dog came to lay by him, I instead caught one of those brief moments where he takes a break throughout the day. The photo is simple, yet it makes me smile.
